My name is Luc Anysz.
I’m a retired criminal investigator who has devoted my life to upholding the law and people’s rights.
The rights of individuals, the respect due to law and order and the police force are being desecrated by a section of our society. The masses remain silent and bend their backs.
The contempt our society and some of our leaders have for these values, which some believe to be obsolete, but which I have always ardently defended, continues to outrage me.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and the ensuing pandemic, the world’s leaders seem to have lost their heads and their sense of reality; tyranny and fear, if not terror, have taken hold.
The irrational measures put in place by our leaders, unwilling to take a strong stand, delegated their powers to a plethora of so-called scientific experts, who, infatuated with their own self-importance, soon undermined what little humanity remained in the consciousness of individuals.
The global economy was devastated by the health measures imposed by the “experts” hired by our leaders.
Two years of confinement have led not only to a deterioration of the economy, but also to a rotting of social relations. Domestic violence is on the rise, as is divorce and drug use.
The impact of confinement on education is immeasurable. Elementary school children have been deprived of the basic education that would have enabled them to enter secondary school.
The same applies to teenagers in secondary school who wish to go on to higher education.
The enemies of the free world have taken advantage of weak leadership to take control of the global economy. Some European leaders, eager to free themselves from the grip of oil-producing Arab countries, have put Europe at the mercy of a nation that dreams of re-establishing its hegemony over the territories it lost after the collapse of communism.
European government leaders have once again demonstrated the European Union’s inability to agree on an effective response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Involuntarily aided by the weakness of the current administration in power in Washington.
I want to make my voice heard and that of all those who share my attachment to values and to our free world, in order to make the political world and the Belgian and European public aware of the dysfunctions and inadequacies of the Belgian and European legislative powers in terms of respect for the law, people’s right to security, property, freedom of opinion and other issues, in the hope of seeing the perpetuation of these values which are dear to me and for which I risked my life.
